JEFFREY D. CUNNINGHAM

MANAGING PARTNER

Since 1986, Mr. Cunningham has focused his career on building and managing successful medical properties. He has formed investment partnerships, acquired land, developed medical properties, orchestrated debt placement, managed successful leasing programs, brokered countless tenant leases, and acted as both an asset and property manager for his clients. He received his MBA from USC and BA from UCLA. He is a member of BOMA, the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group, and USC Real Estate Alumni and Friends. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been a guest lecturer at the USC School of Architecture. License ID: 01363877

MITCHELL YANKOWITZ

MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Yankowitz began his career in the Motion Picture Business here in Los Angeles.  He worked for three of the major studios, Paramount, Universal Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox.  As Executive Vice President, he was in charge of international marketing.  He has successfully applied his extensive marketing expertise to the Southern California real estate market, focusing exclusively on medical office buildings.  He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1986.  He received his MBA in marketing and finance from USC and BA in economics from UCLA. License ID: 01360137

AARON BOSS

DIRECTOR OF LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Following 13 years as a professional athlete, Mr. Boss has accumulated more than seven years of real estate and sales experience throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. He brings a unique balance of success in elite team environments and business savvy to Medical Asset Management. A California native, Mr. Boss is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and holds a California Real Estate License. License ID: 01381686

JOSEPH J. YEYNA

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / SALES

Mr. Yeyna has over 25 years of commercial property management real estate experience and currently holds a class B construction license. Prior to joining Medical Asset Management, Mr. Yeyna was a founding partner in CYRCON Builders, a commercial contracting company located in Valencia, California. He also formed and operated Timber Rock Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. a large property management and commercial contractor located in Santa Monica. Prior to Timber Rock, Mr. Yeyna held a position as the Director of Operations for Century West Properties, a Santa Monica based commercial developer and operator. Mr. Yeyna was also a real estate consultant with The Meyers Group, where he provided pricing strategies, demand analysis and feasibility studies to developers and lenders in Southern California.  License ID: 01203575

BROCK BURNETT

DIRECTOR OF LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Brock began his Real Estate career in 2007 in property management, leasing and investment sales. His exposure on both sides of the transaction combined with his attention to detail and his drive for dedication to service earned him the title of “Concierge Broker” from his clients. He has a versatile background in both Office and Retail leasing and Tenant Representation on National, Regional and Local levels. He works from the mentality that creating a synergistic partnership with his clients allows for an acceleration of success for all future transactions. An Indiana Native, Brock went to Western Kentucky University studying communications and psychology and is actively involved in the West Valley Soccer programs as a coach for the past seven years.  License ID: 01814211

ERIK VAN'T HOF

DIRECTOR OF LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Erik has nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience encompassing leasing, property management and operations. Prior to joining Medical Asset Management, Erik was the Vice President for Leasing & Management at Tutor Perini Corp. where he supervised a 300,000 RSF high rise commercial office complex. Erik also served as the Assistant Vice President at Advantage Real Estate Services, Inc. and was a broker at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior his career in real estate, Erik was a four year scholarship athlete at Southern Methodist University, a touring professional tennis player and a tennis instructor.  License ID: 01055014

DEBORAH HEJKO

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - SAN DIEGO & ORANGE COUNTY

Deborah is a seasoned property manager with more than 20 years of medical office and healthcare property management experience in Southern California. She has a proven track record of success in implementing property management procedures, maintaining asset integrity, maximizing return, and accomplishing owner objectives. Currently, Deborah is responsible for the 150,000 square foot Scripps multi-specialty medical office high-rise in the Rancho Bernardo community of San Diego and the 100,000 square foot Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Office Facility in the Sorrento Mesa community of San Diego. Prior to joining Medical Asset Management, where she directs the San Diego and Orange County operations, Deborah managed a Class “A” medical, retail and mixed use portfolio for Colliers International, a commercial and medical portfolio for Trigild, and she was a Senior Property Manager for Sharp HealthCare’s lease and owned sites. Deborah received a B.S. in Business Administration/Project Management from CSU. She holds RPA and FMA designations from BOMI International, and is proficient with all popular property management software.

SUSAN BRODY

DIRECTOR OF LEASING

Susan Brody began her career as a health educator, teaching in hospitals and clinics for over a dozen years. After obtaining her real estate license in 1989, she successfully represented a two million square foot commercial real estate portfolio of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial warehouses. For the past twelve years, Susan has been working with South Bay medical property owners and healthcare professionals in providing real estate services for medical and dental office requirements in addition to providing general office and retail leasing services.

DELAINA BROWN

CONTROLLER

Delaina has over 15 years of commercial real estate accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in Yardi and Quickbooks allowing her to effectively handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rent statements, Operating Expense reconciliations and Lease administration.

TAMA SOMERS

OFFICE & MARKETING MANAGER

Tama started her career in real estate in 2005 working as an attorney for Somers & Somers, LLC, a boutique real estate law firm. Prior to that she worked at Jones Day specializing in intellectual property law. At Medical Asset Management, Tama is responsible for preparation of leasing flyers and other marketing materials, using her extensive legal background to review leases and assist with tenant and vendor relations for our South Bay assets. A native of Minnesota, Tama slowly moved west, doing her undergraduate work at the Colorado College and getting her J.D. at the University of Oregon.
