Newport Beach Medical Office Sells for $1.8M

Palm Investment Group LLC Acquires Property

Palm Investment Group LLC purchased the medical office building at 20311 S.W. Acacia St. in Newport Beach, CA, from Back Bay Medical LLC for $1.8 million, or $164 per square foot.

The two-story, multitenant building totals 11,047 square feet. It was built in 1990.
