At Medical Asset Management, we believe the property manager is responsible for satisfying the needs of the tenants in the most cost effective manner possible. Building strong tenant relationships ensures high occupancy and is critical to a building’s health.

Our approach is to anticipate problems, repairs and maintenance based on our experience with medical properties. We have developed a network of medical property vendors whom our clients can trust to provide competent and reliable services at cost effective pricing. We also supervise legal, insurance and government regulatory issues.

We handle all Common Area reimbursements, Operating Expense pass-through, CPI or fixed rent escalations and lease administration work as part of our duties for ownership. Our Yardi and Quickbooks property management software programs are efficient ways for our clients to assess their asset’s performance on a monthly, annual and long term basis. We prepare & deliver all necessary lender reports as required for our clients.
